Elizabeth Johnson was extraordinarily good at the realtor's trade. She went way beyond what I expected for a realtor. I'd had some very bad crisis before she extricated me from real estate scammers and shepherded me through the process of selling my house. She got me the target price agreed upon, which was actually more than I thought it would sell for. Highly recommended is hardly enough for what she gave me. I who'd been traumatized by previous experiences, not edifying to detail. She saved my property and sale, and was empathetic with me in surviving stress and traumas suffered at the hands of grifters. Anyhow she is the best in my experience and opinion, and I have recommended her to my neighbor wanting to sell his house as well.

Ms. Johnson did a fantastic job in quickly selling an inherited, fixer-upper condo with an absolute minimum of assistance or direction on my part. She setup everything with regards to the showing, taking photos, title transfer, and remote notary; I never had to drive over for a single thing. I am a longtime Realtor and live across the state in the panhandle. My broker suggested Liz because her daughter used Liz for 2 transactions and just raved about her I have a friend who is legally blind, recently suffered a heat stroke and a concussion. He needed to sell his home and move to a smaller place. Liz went out of her way more than I have ever seen a Realtor do. She helped him recover his ID and drove him to take care of important meetings. She also sold his home (he was about to loose it) in about a month for a great price. She also found him a condo he can pay cash for and have money to travel when he is better. All in all you couldn't ask for better help when it really counted!.

Liz was very proactive in getting our listing up on the MLS complete with details and photos, including some that she and I both took, and then scheduling an open house that same weekend as the listing went up. Her advice for the price was a lot more in line with reality than what I was thinking and her advice on setting the house up for the photos and showings was spot on. Liz was very active in helping get a closing date that worked for us considering we were in the process of buying another home and working on that closing date. All-in-all Liz took a keen interest in seeing that we sold for a fair price and that the home would move quickly, I have been through 4 previous home sales and she is the best agent we've encountered. I would ABSOLUTELY use her again if the need arose.

Michael Scott Jerry is a pleasure to work with. We met him and his wife at the property we were interest to buy. We did not have an agent and still looking to hire an agent to represent us.
After talking to Scott and his wife for few minutes, we were convinced Scott is going to be our agent. He and his wife are truly genuinely descent people. Scott is very knowledgeable about Florida real estate laws and current with latest real estate regulatory laws.
