Denise assisted us with the purchase of our new home. She was very attentive and knowledgable of the market and the actual real estate process. Our deal, we think was a little different. The seller was selling By Owner so there was no other realtor assisting the process. Denise negotiated $40k in seller credit and a lower that asking sales price. The lender was stalling due to Covid and delays in the lending process. Seller then realized that he could try to cancel the deal to sell to another buyer for $40k more and tried to back out of the contract. Denise knew the laws and was able to find an attorney who forced the seller to sell on the same terms as she had negotiated already for us. After 2 months we were able to close. She kept us at ease and fought on a daily basis with the lender and seller so that we can close before I gave birth to our new baby girl. We actually closed the week after closing. Thank you Denise for your deligient work and we will definetely use you again.
