We started working with Xena in January of 2023, when we began a serious search for our new home. Xena has been responsive to our needs as we refined our search, which had some very specific needs, especially for future multi-generational use. She was always very helpful and professional when dealing with us, other realtors, and homeowners. When we found our home at the end of May, Xena was prepared and ready, as she had already been communicating with us and our mortgage broker on pre-qualification. I bought a home in Bradenton, Florida in three weeks with a bank loan, immediately after hurricane Ian. I had just moved from Minnesota and did not know much about the Real Estate market or procedures in Florida. Luckily, George Raju was my Buyer Agent. Sara was recommended by a relative that had previously purchased a condo in the area. Our communication was mostly text, email, and phone. Sara responded to all inquiries in an honest and timely manner. She provided important information about details necessary to complete our transaction. Sara did a FaceTime walk through for our first look at the property, and again after inspection. We finally met Sara face to face after our offer was accepted and we visited the property for the first time a couple weeks before closing. From the outset of our house hunt in Bradenton, Xena has been a very client focused and had our interests at heart. Renee was referred to my husband and myself as we were wanting to move to the Port Charlotte area from Wyoming. I arrived the last week of June and planned on a week to find a house. Unfortunately, the sellers were not able to find a house to purchase during the our initial 30 day contract. I had a rental home to sell in Kenduskeag, Maine and contacted Anthony to list and sell it for me. I did this because I noticed his sign up on a nearby home which sold quickly. As the client, Anthony was extremely responsive and resourceful in getting accurate and thorough information to me in a highly timely method. It was a relief to not "mine" this realtor to get what I needed, which can be exhausting for the client, me. "Mining" has been my case with many other realtors' experiences in my past (when I was looking for property) and is frustrating and disheartening. I ask a lot of questions and am a "high maintenance" client and often get "brushed off," even when I am the paying client, regardless of the service! But, not with Anthony Turner. He truly has the "serving" spirit and was just the best in problem solving and keeping both parties, seller (me) and buyers up to date and calm when some glitches hit, like a delayed closing, septic problems, etc., the nightmares of many sellers and buyers! He was kind, non-reactive, but responsive, and low-key, but very alert and quick in working with me and my multitude of questions and concerns. He also had suggestions for the buyers on their need to find temporary housing in the area and he helped me find a septic inspector in an immediate need situation who knew what he was doing. Anthony left no one hanging and was right there when needed with resources and answers and caring service vs. money was his priority. Think "mother!" You want him as your realtor, hands down. He'll take care of you and you won't need a psychiatrist (ha, ha!) during what could be a stressful sales' process as things can come up unexpectedly, especially, with home inspections.

Renee has helped me in two real estate transactions in the past three years, and I could not be happier with the results! All transactions have been extremely smooth and very successful. I would recommend Renee and Next Home in the Sun to anyone buying or selling real estate in the Sarasota area.

She goes above and beyond for her clients and took care of us like we were family. We ran through some challenges selling our home at our last unit and (even though it wasn't her job) she did everything she could to advise us through that. As a military family, we have strict deadlines for our departure and arrival at our new unit and Renee did absolutely everything she could to make sure we weren't left stranded with nowhere to go. I am not exaggerating at all when I say that she is a gem of a realtor and I will be recommending her to everyone.

What can you say about a realtor who meets up with you on a moment’s notice an hour away from her office every Friday afternoon at 4pm for a month, not to mention the numerous other showings during the week? And, she was always pleasant and upbeat no matter how crazy the mobs were at the showings. When we lost out on several houses, she felt as badly as we did. When our offer was accepted, she was excited as we were.
