Howard was great from start to finish. Persistent is what he was and what he needed to be when trying to buy a home in this housing climate. We had 2-3 offers fall through due to the “ games “ that can be played by sellers when navigating through the home buying process. When our offers were not accepted, the next day Howard and another group of homes lined up for us to pick through and then to head to the open house. We had a few particular requirements that Howard had to keep in mind when selecting homes for us to consider but he never grew tired of us and worked until we found our forever home. We recommend Bobbi Slagle to be your realtor. In July 2021, Bobbi helped us sold our inherited old house while we're out of state during most of the process. She worked around our work schedule, guided us step-by-step (our first time doing real-estate transactions), maintained constant communication, and most importantly understand our needs.

We weren’t sure what to expect when we first walked into NextHome Realtors, but we were warmly greeted by staff and soon met with Bobbi in-person. During our home buying process, Bobbi was our second agent. While we feel our first agent was average, Bobbi showed us what an ELITE agent can offer. It was an eye opener.
