Desiree is hands down the greatest realtor to work along side of !My husband and I planned to wait a whole year before looking . We had the good credit and work history , but not the down payment . We still decided to try to see what our options were in the beginning of the year just to have an idea of what we could qualify for at the time . The first couple of homes we viewed ,we instantly fell in love with a cute cabin . Unfortunately a big snow storm buried the community in high levels of ice and snow that delayed the process , I believed we wouldn’t be able to buy at that time after all . I Initially met Sal by my Bank NASB who they referred him to me. From the start he did not want me to settle for any house. We ended up with a 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom with a pool and large backyard for a really good price. 6 years later he also help us sell our house for a big profit. I consider him a brother and could not be any happier with him.
He goes above and beyond and has so much experience.
One fact is that when we were looking houses. Sal would always be ready with property info and access to the house and in one occasion another client arrived at the same time and could not access the property and Sal open the property for both parties.

As first time home buyers this was not a small task for us, as every first time home buyer will tell you. Finding the right Realtor is one of the most important things you have to make sure you do, as you will be inheriting a 30 year mortgage. Hiring Sal Torres was one of the best decisions we ever made.
