Zach was extremely helpful helping my wife and I research homes offline prior to us moving from Virginia to Florida. Once we arrived in Florida to look at homes for a week Zach was available immediately to help us search at our schedule and we actually found one very quickly. We appreciated Zach's quick responses whenever we had questions about homes he was always very quick to help us out. We met Zach at an open house in April of 23 at an open house in Stonecrest. We were visiting my Aunt and Uncle, and at that time had no intention of moving from Ohio to Florida. After spending a week here we fell in love with the area and began talking about the possibility of moving. Zach stayed in contact with us from that time until April of 2024 when we began to search for a new home. He showed us several wonderful homes, but our home in Ohio had to sell first. We return in August after we had a contract on our Ohio property and after several properties visited, we found what we were looking for! Zach was great every step of the way. He also secured our financing with a great rate. He made the process much easier on us with his hard work. Helping us for over a year to complete the process is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone!!!

We met Zach by chance while on vacation visiting my Aunt and Uncle in Summerfield. He had an open house in Stonecrest and we went inside to look around. Zach showed us the house but we had no intention of buying, just being nosy. Later we talked ourselves out of being snowbirds and thought we would move to Florida instead. Zach kept in touch from time to time, and April 2024 with Zach’s help began the search for our retirement home. He showed us numerous properties until we found the right home for us. He is easy to talk to and a blessing to work with. He also secured a great interest rate for our loan and walked with us through that process as well. It was wonderful having someone do the background work and all I had to do was sign papers. He started as our realtor. He soon became our friend. If you happen to be as unfortunate as us and begin your first time home purchase with the WRONG realtor like we did....finding Zack will be like a cool drink of water while walking through the longest, hottest desert, which is the home buying experience!!! EVERYTHING that could go wrong, DID! And our 1st realtor was either ill-prepared for it, or just too busy with other clients to care! Every turn was more bad news, delivered with a "doom and gloom" rhetoric! And at the end of the day, we lost the house (and thousands of dollars).
We kicked our realtor to the curb and thought of giving up and renting again. We were so defeated and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. "What if this happens again?"
We were then introduced to Zack. What a difference a day makes! We began looking for another home, with total fear and apprehension.
Zack was patient, informative and knowledgeable. He came prepared to every home with printouts and stats on each home. Helpful information that guided us in the process. He pointed out the not so wonderful parts of homes, when we would be falling in love with it. (Like evidence of termites or roof damage etc). He stayed in touch! (I cannot emphasize the importance of this one thing when it comes to having a realtor!!!) We never had to wonder what was going on behind the scenes or what was taking so long....the moment the thought crossed our minds, our phone would be ringing with the words"ZACK-REALTOR"shining brightly like a beacon of hope!!!
He came up with many creative solutions to tackle our many issues that arose! He never faltered, never gave up and when it was all said and done....he was there, cape and all, holding the keys to the perfect house for our family (with almost 10k in equity to boot!!!),.
