We live 2 hours away from the area that we were trying to move, so there were some logistical challenges with viewing houses. My wife and I had been looking to buy land to hunt, and start our hobby farm on for about 3 years. After dealing with our first relator for the first year and a half, and battling communication and lack of help in trying to find the right property, we knew it was time to find someone who would work closer with us in the process. We were told about Jordan Ploman by a friend of ours. We reached out to him and he was very nice, and you could tell he is very dedicated to helping his clients find what they are looking for. For about a year and a half we worked with Jordan. He set up a collaboration center and sent us properties that met the criteria we were looking for. He was always there when I had a question or was trying to get a showing of a property. We finally found the property that we were looking for, but had to battle dealing with a listing agent who was very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. Jordan worked around the clock writing offers and trying to communicate with the agent who would only communicate through text message. We where finally able to close on the property, and my wife and I can’t be more pleased. Jordan is a very stand up guy, and we are so grateful to have found him. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Jordan has been the best realtor we used! We had boughten and sold another house through another realtor and also looked at a few through a second. Jordan hands down was the best. We would see something we liked and Jordan always asked how soon we could be there! Always on time and never rushed us through. He gave his opinion, gave us our options as far as offers went, stayed in touch on new listing, stayed in touch after we bought our house, and even braved the rain on his motorcycle to show us a house.
