Bryan’s knowledge of building as a general contractor helped answer our questions/concerns. Being from out of state we had questions about foundation issues that he was able to answer and make us feel confident in our purchase.

Completely satisfied with every aspect of working together with Brian. I had several recommendations from people I trusted who suggested I contact him to sell residential building lots that up to this time I was unable to sell for a number of years. In our first meeting several weeks ago I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty in options necessary to sell the 6 building sites that were for sale. That same morning we went and walked through the sites that I wanted to sell. I accepted and followed through with the action steps he recommended to improve the opportunity to sell the lots. In short, within 4 days after being put on the market, I accepted offers from 3 different buyers on all 6 lots. Within the next 2 weeks we closed on each offer without any issues or problems. In these fast paced days of the real estate market, it seems that realtors are a dime a dozen, with many prioritizing the sale (and their commission) and not always the best interests of the seller/buyer. We sold and bought houses in two separate cities, two hours apart and both at least an hour outside of Wausau. Bryan made all showings for both the sale and purchase without hesitation, logging many miles and working tirelessly to facilitate the showing process.

But this is the minimum requirement of a realtor.

Where Bryan TRULY shines is his ability to assess a house, neighborhood, and all of the intangibles of negotiations that play such a vital role in the transaction of buying and selling a house.
