Charles Anthony Clark is a real estate investment strategist, broker, and founder of the Raise The Standard platform; an ecosystem designed to help professionals, investors, and agents build real estate investment businesses with structure, discipline, and long-term vision.

He is best known for one core belief:

“I don’t help people buy property.
I help them build real estate investment businesses.”

Charles specializes in working with:

• professionals building their first 1–20 unit portfolios
• investors scaling beyond 25+ units
• agents and service providers who want to work with serious investors

Through his proprietary frameworks—including the Five Pillars of Real Estate Investing and the ASPIRE Deal Evaluation System—he teaches clients how to move from scattered learning to disciplined execution.

His work is rooted in three principles:

Charles leads multiple programs within the Raise The Standard ecosystem, including:

• RTS Investor Execution Cohort — helping professionals build strategy and execute their first or next deal
• RTS Portfolio Accelerator — guiding investors to scale portfolios with systems and capital discipline
• RTS Investor Agent Academy — training agents to serve investor clients at a higher level

In addition to coaching and advisory, Charles actively operates as a real estate broker, allowing him to bridge strategy and execution—helping clients not only learn investing, but actually close deals.

His background spans real estate, finance, and operations. He has served as a Program Officer for ACRE & Equitable Investments at LISC Milwaukee, worked in financial services as a Relationship Manager, and held roles in trade compliance—developing a strong foundation in analytical thinking and structured decision-making.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, with concentrations in International Business, Economics, and Economic Development. His global academic experience includes studies in Paris, France and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Today, as Broker Team Leader at Raise The Standard Real Estate with NextHome My Way, Charles is focused on one mission:
