Angel M Pabon is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for business. He started his career in Real estate in 2015 and holds several real estate designations and certifications, including the Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), At home with Diversity (AHWD), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX).

Angel’s success in the real estate industry started at Shorewest from 2015 to 2016, where he was awarded Rookie of the Year in sales and listings. He then moved to Century 21 affiliated from 2016 to 2017, where he was able to start his own real estate team. Currently, Angel is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Florida, and is the franchise owner of NextHome My Way, managing over 60 agents in Florida and Wisconsin.

As a CEO and Real Estate Broker, Angel’s responsibilities include overseeing the operations of both offices, including recruitment, training, and management of agents, financial management, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. In addition to his success in real estate brokerage, Angel has expanded his expertise to include mortgage origination. He has been a licensed mortgage originator since 2018, and has worked at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, New American Funding, and currently works at Sun West Mortgage.

As a mortgage loan originator, Angel’s responsibilities include originating mortgage loans, managing the loan application process, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.  Angel is also a licensed insurance broker, holding 214, 215, and 220 licenses, allowing him to offer property and casualty as well as life insurance. This additional expertise enables him to provide comprehensive solutions to clients in various aspects of the real estate industry.

Angel has also pursued formal education to enhance his skills and knowledge. He completed an MBA-style Program for Real Estate Brokers and Teams from May 2020 to May 2021. He also completed a Digital Marketing degree at Caribbean University Puerto Rico from January 2022 to December 2022.

Angel has also earned undergraduate degrees in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, as well as Project Management from the University of Phoenix from November 2021 to July 2022.
