Julie is very knowledgeable about the entire process of listing and selling a home. She was very thorough when we wrote the listing contract. She kept us informed about everything that was going while the house was for sale and was very responsive to questions we had. When the time came to consider offers (there were 24) she put together a spreadsheet with all the pertinent information from each prospective buyer. This made the process of deciding which offer to accept easier.

When the appraisal of my mom's house came in at less than the sale price due to an error in the MLS, Julie negotiated with the bank and took less commission to make sure my mom got what she was promised and we closed on time. If you point out certain things you are looking for and things you don't want she remembers that while looking at the next houses. Julie represented my husband and myself as both a Buyer's Agent and Listing Agent. As a Buyer's Agent she did an outstanding job writing offers and giving advice on how to get the house we wanted when the market was really geared toward sellers. She negotiated needed repairs on the house we were purchasing. She gave 110% and did a great job. In the end, the listing agent wouldn't give Julie her commission as we had inquired about the house prior to signing with Julie which I feel was downright criminal after all the work Julie did on the deal, attending inspections etc. Julie continued to answer questions and help us even though she didn't get a dime.
She was an awesome listing agent as well. She knew how to market our house and we ended up getting an accepted offer in just 2 days for $20k over asking price.
