Hello, my name is Peter Ahn, and I’m a licensed real estate agent in Bellingham, Washington. I’ve been in the industry for ten years, working as both an agent and a brokerage owner. I was previously co-owner of one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest independent brokerages with over 60 agents. Today, I’m proud to be with NextHome Northwest Living, where I can focus more intentionally on my clients and continued personal and professional growth.

I graduated from Ferndale High School and Western Washington University with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. I also retired from the Air Force in 2022 after 20 years of active and reserve service. Those experiences have shaped how I approach life and business, with perspective, resilience, and a deep respect for people’s individual journeys. I strive to bring that mindset into every client relationship.
