And as someone who has specifically dealt with managing agents, cooperative boards of directors, and condominium boards of managers for the past six years for a building consultancy, you want her in your corner in a coop or condo transaction.

Born and raised in The Bronx, Veronica completed her primary education in her hometown and then ventured south to Pennsylvania where she attended Gettysburg College, met her future husband, raised a family back in New York, and then returned to her studies and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a B.A. in Psychology. To this day, she’s always absorbing more information by book or podcast: the latest updates in personal finance, a more recent rediscovery of Greek mythology, and more.

When not working magic with her clients, Veronica can often be found engaging in family affairs: watching her daughter tumble in gymnastics class, teaching her son the ins and outs of skating (and how to fall with dignity), or whisking the clan away on an impromptu vacation for some well deserved rest and relaxation. But don’t let all of this excitement fool you — she’s just as likely to be crocheting a scarf or blanket for a friend or relative (she’s been at it since she was fourteen).
