    My Name is TaShauna Russell, but my friends call me Shauna.  I’m so excited to meet you and work alongside you to achieve all your dreams and aspirations in Real Estate. I have been a professional Realtor since 2022 and have had experience working with First Time Homebuyers, Investors, Sellers seeking to list, and Buyers looking to Buy. Since the beginning of my new career path I have had the joy to give not only my Professionalism, Wisdom, Guidance, Expertise, Experience, but my time, understanding, care, and Friendship.

    Let me share a little bit about myself. I am a Wife to my Best friend, Husband, and Business Partner for 25 years plus, and we have 7 beautiful children. I have a true passion for helping others and started a career path in the Medical field straight out of High school. Working as a Medical Assistant and Medical Administrative Assistant within the Hampton Roads area. After 15 years working in the Medical Field a career shift happened. I jumped right into the career path of my heart’s desire and passion as a Professional Psalmist, Worship Leader, and Choir Director touring up and down the East Coast, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Germany, and London. Germany and London was a very special experience.  I got to witness lives change right before my eyes with doing what I love to do, to sing Hope, Joy, and Love over others. Wonderful experiences that I will always keep dear to my heart forever more. I also did some acting in plays and Modeling in New York and Hampton Roads throughout this time. In addition to this, my Husband and I opened a Barber Shop, SinicoRazors LLC in the city of Chesapeake Virginia and serviced the Community for 10 years plus; Together we opened a Mentoring Organization called Love Nation LLC to help empower our local communities and beyond. Also in 2022, we launched The District of Barbering and Arts Academy creating the education to become a licensed Barber and Business Owner in the state of Virginia. Providing not only education, but certification in a New career path with Job placement right after graduation. Adding Real Estate, allows me a broader avenue to help empower and uplift my neighbors within our local communities and beyond, giving the opportunity to become a Homeowner or to assist with any of your Real Estate needs.

    Real Estate has been a career choice of mine since I was a little girl. My Grandmother loved Real Estate and would take me around to see all different types/styles of homes in neighborhoods throughout our area. She also gave me wisdom in Real Estate that I found intriguing and kept with me until today. After a couple of failed attempts to become a Real Estate Agent, I went back for the WIN. And I did JUST THAT!! Although my Beautiful Grandmother passed in 2007, I know she would be proud of all the achievements thus far. Adding Real Estate to my Profession would have brought the biggest smile and laugh on her face and joy in her heart. I know she cheers me on.

    The adventures in Real Estate are endless and I’m just getting started. So far I have watched the approval of First Time homebuyers and been able to give them their keys to their new home. Created Credit building classes to ensure my clients are into position to purchase. Partnered with Investors who have needed a Real Estate Professional to walk them through the steps to secure each deal. Watching Fixer uppers to newly beautifully transformed renovated homes. Sellers that needed to list their properties on the market with bringing a great turn around on their investment. Buyers who are seeking another property for their children or Mother/Father in law, and even helping families gain back ownership of their parents estate, land purchases and so much more.
