Erika was recommended to me by a friend who used her a a Realtor to buy her first home last year. I decided to go with Erika as a Realtor because of my friend's experience with her. Working with Erika has been great throughout the home buying process!
She is responsive, problem solver and offers great insights and guidance for every aspect of the process. Erika toured quite a few houses and condos with my during the winter when it was cold and snowy and also had a great attitude and mindset. We were eventually
able to find an updated condo that I was able to close on! There were a few set backs with closing but Erika always made sure to provide updates and answer any questions that I had a long the way. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to attend my closing but made
sure that I had the keys and poppers to celebrate closing. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who wants a down to earth real estate agent who actually cares about the client and not just a paycheck!
