These experiences, combined with a focus on continuing real estate education, have afforded me a deep understanding of my client’s journey. Pat did a beyond excellent job of representing my wife and I. It is evident that Pat is well versed in her profession. While some details of the home buying process em were not working in our favor, Pat continued to fight for us and rectified all issues.

Pat did a wonderful job for us. Our townhouse sold in 2 days and our house sold in 5 days and both were listed at the same time! She’s an excellent communicator and stays in touch every step of the way through phone calls, texts and emails. She went above
and beyond and listed our furniture for sale on Craigslist and took care of any communications involving the listing. We have another property to sell in the Spring and will definitely use Pat for that as well.
