Hi, I’m Caitlin Hall, Broker/Owner of NextHome Advantage, a top-producing real estate brokerage serving Richmond, VA and the greater Central Virginia region.

I got my real estate license as a teenager—which sounds a little wild now, but real estate has always been part of my life. When my mom opened her brokerage in 2005, I stepped into what became the longest unpaid internship of my life. That early, hands-on experience shaped how I approach this business today. I officially launched my real estate career in 2017, and since then, I’ve focused on building a brokerage that delivers at a high level for both agents and clients.

At NextHome Advantage, we serve home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors across Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and the surrounding Central Virginia markets. Our team has helped thousands of families navigate buying and selling homes, and we’re known for combining strong market knowledge with a people-first approach.

As a Broker/Owner, my focus is on creating an environment where agents can build sustainable, profitable real estate businesses. I work closely with my agents through one-on-one coaching, business planning, contract strategy, and day-to-day problem solving. I’m highly involved, accessible, and committed to helping each agent grow in a way that aligns with their goals—not just industry expectations.

I’ve built NextHome Advantage to bridge the gap between boutique and big-box brokerages. Our agents benefit from a collaborative, relationship-driven culture paired with a modern real estate tech stack, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and data-driven tools that support better client outcomes. Outside of real estate, I’m usually lifting, working in my garden, fostering cats with Richmond Animal League, or meeting friends for dinner around Richmond.
