Living, working, and dreaming in the 245 area has been an incredible journey for almost 40 years. My real estate career here is more than a job; it’s a passion. Connecting with both old and new friends and helping them find their perfect homes in this vibrant community is what drives me.
My active involvement in the Lynchburg Association of Realtors is a testament to my commitment. From serving on committees to being the 2022 President, I’m dedicated to facilitating positive changes in the local real estate landscape.
The 245 area has so much to offer, from beautiful homes to great schools and a rich historical influence. And personally, I believe it’s the best place to call home.
Outside of work, family time is precious, especially with my kids and four amazing granddaughters. I’m also hooked on yard sale adventures, a fun way to explore our community while finding hidden gems.

We were so impressed with Wanda from the moment we met her! She was quick to answer emails and texts and her advice was exceptional! She kept us updated on every step of the processing - selling and buying. We hated that she couldn't be at our closing

Wanda and the staff were great to work with. They provided wise counsel in pricing our property. They were attentive and responsive to our questions and extremely helpful throughout the process of selling the property.
We have worked with Wanda for about a year looking for a home to purchase to move back to Lynchburg for retirement. We looked at new homes , new lots and previously owned homes . We quickly found out new construction with the finishes we wanted was more
than we wanted to pay. Wanda encouraged us to find a house with “good bones “ and do some upgrades . We found that home and very happy. Wanda helped us through the process which had some challenges. We highly recommend her .

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wanda! My husband and I worked with her to buy our first home. She was patient and enthusiastic and never complained about us dragging her all over town to see houses and not being certain about what we wanted.
We finally fell in love with a place and she helped us negotiate a great deal. Unfortunately, a year later I lost my job and we relocated to Charlottesville. Again, Wanda was patient and explained the selling process so clearly. We had a plethora of issues
with the house and sale process that Wanda went above and beyond to help with, since we were an hour away - from going to the house after hours to check on things to coordinating a landscaper to mow the grass for us. She is the best advocate for her clients
and really goes to bat to make sure you're getting the best deal possible. She will not let you down through the stressful, exhilarating, scary, and wonderful house buying/selling process!
