We recently completed our second transaction with Tammy's representation. When we discovered the property online we knew immediately we wanted Tammy to be the agent for us based on our past experience with her. She did not disappoint! She made herself
available by phone even though she was on personal time out of town. She arranged for another agent (Brad, also a delight) to meet us on our timetable and show us the property, but she immediately jumped in to orchestrate our offer, contract, and purchase.
In both our transactions we have felt she was excited to be able to bring our offer to the table and fight for it to come out on top of all the others. She's our real estate Rocky Balboa!

Tammy was amazing to work with. Very easy going, explained everything, gave us options of what we could do with the spaces and was very hands on. Tammy made herself available at all times and helped us with everything & every step of the way with this
process. Helped us get over all the hurdles that we encountered and even at times when I just couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, she was just AMAZING and highly recommend her to anybody.
Tammy was incredibly patient and eager to help the entire process. Regardless of the location, condition and price-point of the home, she was always right there to assist immediately and offer expert advice.
