I don't even know where to begin with my recommendation of Greg. I called him directly as it was his listing of the home we purchased as our forever home. He responded immediately and though he took this listing due to yet another high recommendation, this home is almost two hours away from him. Within days of contacting him we were able to see the home. We drove 4.5 hours to see it. Grep was on time and had arranged for the seller to be there as well to orient my husband and I to the home and the land it sits on. We were so grateful Greg did this because we had so many questions that were unique to an out of the way rustic location. Greg was beyond thorough in walking us through the original offer for the purchase. He explained every aspect of the contract, which after buying and selling 6 homes I never had an agent do this. They may hit the highlights but he explained and expanded on key clauses. My husband and I hit a major snag with our original lender, who clearly couldn't have cared any less that a appraisal needs to be done with swiftness. We had to switch lenders! Greg was instrumental in suggesting an amazing bank and equally amazing loan officer. Greg regularly monitored the status of the loan, the appraisal, repairs per home inspection(He even suggested a fantastic inspector!) and finally our closing. With a major glitch we only closed 5 days after what we originally anticipated. Without Greg's input Lord only knows when we would have closed. Greg cares. It is not simply a job, but he cares about people. He cares about his clients and can empathize when things go amiss. He has a great sense of humor and doesn't mind walking in mud with his clients to ensure they are getting all the information they need through the home buying and selling process. We are blessed to have had the honor of working with him.

Greg has helped us buy and sell several homes over the last few years. He always goes over and beyond to make a deal happen. He is professional and incredibly understanding when thrown curve balls in the buying/closing process. Greg will do whatever it takes to get the job done, but what I admire the most is his integrity. He never is underhanded or disrespectful and operates with great character. Greg will always be my realtor as long as I’m in Virginia.
