Dawna is a wife, mother, grandmother, friend, confident, travel/beach lover and
Realtor! She is a hard-working agent whose career in customer service began
almost 40 years ago. Being the oldest of 5 children, Dawna has always had a great
work ethic and found early on that making people happy is very rewarding. At the
age of 16 she began a 20-year career in restaurant service and management. She
spent many years on an island in the Florida Keys raising children, scuba diving,
collecting seashells and catering to the very wealthy and famous on a private island
where it was her pleasure to meet and exceed their every need.
In 2012 her customer service path took the form of Real Estate, and she found her
true passion! She found that helping others accomplish their goals in Real Estate is
what really makes her smile at the end of the day. People tell us that she is
professional yet personable and patient! She will never push you to do anything
you are not ready to do, but she is always ready to offer advice to you, your family
and friends. She has an ability to “get along well with others” which proves

My sister the HS Spanish Teacher! Those who mold, love, teach, empower and change kids for the good!

Dawna is a great realtor! We sold our home to a rehabber, but as the builder became delayed Dawna let us know that our home's worth had kept increasing and didn't want us to leave money on the table. She arranged to pay the rehab er what they thought they
would've got from our sale and put the home on the market again. We resold the home and are so pleased with the results. Dawna is truly the best!
Dawna was great helping us sell our house. She originally had us under contract with a rehabber. Our new house build got delayed. In the mean-time, she kept a close eye on the market. 6 months later, our house value had increased so much that she thought
we'd be better off putting it on the market. With her help, we were able to sell the house in a weekend for basically double the original contract. We were able to pay out the original contract and STILL have almost as much as the total original contract as
cash in our pocket.
We were impressed with her original work finding us a buyer so quickly. Her ability to get us the most for our house, even with buying out a contract, was even more impressive. Because of her diligence, we are going into our new house with all our bills paid off along with the money we need to furnish and landscape it, and a good nest egg. Dawna has been great.

Knowing how picky we are with wants and needs we figured it would be a long while prior to us finding "our" home. My husband did some research and found Dawna on the Internet and it said she was quite the realtor. Because we were 100% sure it would be
longer than six months before we would find something that fit us we decided to meet up with her and go from there. Low and behold Dawna was/is amazing. She was patient, UPFRONT, always available, always following up, getting to know us to better help us with
our wants and needs, not voicing her opinion unless asked, not pushy, REAL, and just a downright awesome individual. Not even three months later she's handing us the keys to our new home. She gets the job done and is professionally spectacular. We'd buy home
