STORY
I grew up in Wisconsin Rapids, and it was fun for me to return to the area seven years ago after living in California and North Carolina. There’s no place like home – I’m a Wisconsinite! My wife, Tara, is also a Rapids native, and now serves as Assistant VP of Retirement Plans at Wood Trust. We love this community, and you can find us – along with our chocolate lab, Nora – boatin’ on the river every chance we get!
INTERESTING FACTOID
In 1976, Tara’s grandfather, Karl Bremmer, sold my parents their first home! It’s where I grew up, and my parents still live there today. So happy to step into a fine family tradition!

Everything went smoothly with Tim start to finish. Tim asked good questions to see how motivated and quickly we wanted to sell and after discussions he priced appropriately. It took a while, but in the end we got full asking price without any contingencies
based on good recommendations from Tim. He assured us we were priced right and with patience things would work out.

Tim did an excellent job selling my house. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price. He managed everything for me after I already moved 3 hours away. I knew I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend him for any realtor needs.
Tim was great to work with. He had knowledge of the market and made recommendations we had confidence with. It took a little while and my wife wanted to start dropping the price but Tim was confident with where we were priced and assured me not to panic
and be patient. In the end we got the desired result at full asking price with no contingencies!
Only phrase that comes to mind for a review is "Above and Beyond." Tim is simply the best realtor I have had the honor of working with.
Tim was helpful in keeping us updated on where the process was, as well as following through on the important details. He is a pleasant personality to work with.

Tim was extremely helpful during a very turbulent transition since we were moving to the area from over 200 miles away. He was always available to assist in any way and would meet us at the house any time we needed to check on something. Very professional

Tim did a great job in communicating with us. Always patient and professional.
We moved from out of State during Covid, and Tim was very helpful in making that go as smoothly as possible.

Tim did an amazing job, 10 showings in 5 days with two offers! I couldn’t have asked for more, he took away all the worry and pressure. With my busy schedule I thought it would be tough getting in to sign papers but he worked around that. Strongly recommend

We purchased a parcel of land with the help of Tim. We live 3 hours away from the land so everything was done long distance. Tim was very helpful during the process. We highly recommend using Tim as your real estate agent.

My family and I were looking to move back to the Rapids area. We were living in Appleton so it was a little tricky. Tim set up multiple showings for when I was in town and also took my Mom and Sister to look at houses when I wasn't available. We have two
young girls, so packing them up to come look at a bunch of houses wasn't always ideal. We were constantly communicating via email or text. We found our forever home and we couldn't be happier! It was such a wonderful feeling knowing that we had things taken
care of and we weren't even in the same city. It was a very smooth transition and we're very grateful for Tim's help. On moving day we were gifted some delicious treats and cocktails, but best of all, there was a gift bag full of coloring books, crayons, play
jewelry and a bunch of fun stuff for my daughters. It was such a pleasant surprise. We are grateful for Tim's help and would recommend him to anyone looking for help in purchasing their new home!
