Choosing a Realtor to represent you is one of the most important decisions you can make in Real Estate. They can help you sell your home or help you look for your new home! There is a lot to consider, not only from your part, but from my own. I value my reputation highly and upholding its integrity is one of my highest priorities. So that means that I have to trust you with my reputation. I have to ask myself; Will this person be honest with me? Will they be open to my advice and experience? I will treat you and your money like it was my own. Whether that is through advice on upgrades to sell your home or if it’s on minimizing repairs on the house you are looking to buy. I have a background in Engineering and also accompany all of my client’s inspections. I use this to further my knowledge and always look out to continually better myself so I can give my clients the best. I don’t consider myself a salesman, but a consultant. I am a problem solver and I’m good at it. 

I saved a client $5,000 just because I called the listing agent and because of the tone of their voice, I could tell that they were desperate for an offer. Just 30 seconds, and I saved my client that money and got them the house they wanted. Other times it’s the opposite, they have other offers and its going to take a substantial offer to win the bidding war, but get my client their dream home. I do my best with every client to help them get what they want and to save them as much money along the way.
