Born in Arkansas and proudly rooted in Jacksonville since 2001, Tiffany Patton has built her real estate career around a simple mission: helping people turn houses into homes. She believes real estate is more than a transaction, it is an opportunity to serve others during one of life’s most meaningful transitions with care, clarity, and confidence.

Before becoming a REALTOR® with NextHome Endless Summer, Tiffany developed a strong foundation in organization, client service, and attention to detail through her work in accounting at Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa and by running her own residential cleaning business. These experiences shaped her belief that trust is earned through consistency, clear communication, and genuine care.

Today, Tiffany is passionate about guiding buyers and sellers through each step of the process with transparency, education, and steady support so clients feel confident in their decisions from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Tiffany is a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart and a proud mother of three daughters. As a homeschooling parent and teacher within a local homeschool co-op, she remains closely connected to Jacksonville’s homeschooling community and understands the priorities of families choosing this path.

Known for her warm communication style and sincere care for others, Tiffany builds relationships with clients that extend well beyond the closing table.
