Connor knows a lot about houses! He can talk about every aspect, from the HVAC unit to the roof. On one house that we liked, he made us notice that the driveway was very steep and might be a problem for us in the winter. He really wanted to find a house that would be JUST RIGHT for us. He was certainly not “pushing” anything on us. Once we found the house, he negotiated the repairs that needed to be done by the seller, right to the details. We felt very much taken care off.

Selling a house is always stressful, but Connor and his team made it less so. He was quietly competent and never pushed us to do anything. He laid out options, answered our questions, but let us make the decisions. He is a conservative realtor, and never pushed us to gamble on some of our choices. Where do we begin? We moved to BG quickly 6 yrs ago not finding a house close to my daughter in Alvaton but about 15 miles away. We were absolutely blown away by the Raymer Team. Conner Raymer went above and beyond throughout our whole move process. We relocated from AZ, and was having to look for a home via internet pictures. When we saw houses we like, Conner went and did video tours for us. We picked one house, and that ending up not being the best option for us. A few weeks later we got into a bidding war and Conner ALWAYS had our best interest in mind. We eventually went with a third house which ended up being the perfect one for our family. Jillian Burkhalter has been amazing to work with. We have bought or sold several homes over the last decade and Jillian is by far one of the best agents we have ever worked with.

We have had some bad experiences in the past with agents that were not knowledgeable, were dishonest or downright unethical and it had really soured us on the whole industry. Jillian has helped us find a new home in Kentucky so we could be closer to family and she went above and beyond to help us with this transition. She toured and walked through properties for us since we weren’t in town, got bids for repairs, got answer to tough estate questions for us and many more things that we threw at her. The Raymer team found buyers for our house in 19 days after we listed it with them. Our personal realtor was Mark Biggs, very professional and comes with a reputation for integrity! The whole process was very painless.

We initially wanted to start house hunting in Spring 2020, but the pandemic pushed back our plans. Connor Raymer came HIGHLY recommended by my husband’s colleague who closed on their first home at the beginning of COVID. From that first phone call at the end of May 2020, we could see why. He spent a considerable amount of time talking with us about our home wants/needs/budget, and told us what to expect when it came to the house market. As first-time home buyers with a ton of questions, Connor was always very patient with us, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was great with quick communication throughout the house-hunting and home-buying process. He definitely knows how to balance checking in with his clients without overwhelming them. Because of some lulls in the market because of COVID, it took us a little bit to find our home. Connor showed us a significant number of homes, in Bowling Green and Warren County. He was always reassuring us in the process that we would find our home. He was right! We finally found it in September 2020, and closed at the beginning of November 2020.
