Joe and Ashley Croll, the team behind Team Croll, are a husband-and-wife real estate duo with deep roots in Gardiner, Maine. Married for 19 years, they are proud parents of two wonderful daughters and share their home with three dogs. When they’re not working with clients, you’ll often find them enjoying the outdoors and the Maine lifestyle they love.
With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry—and the past three years dedicated to actively buying and selling—We bring both professional expertise and personal insight to every transaction. Having bought and sold multiple homes ourselves, we understand firsthand the challenges that can come with the process. Those experiences shaped our commitment to doing things differently: providing a smooth, seamless, and supportive experience for every client.
In addition to real estate sales, we have extensive experience in home building. With having successfully developed our own subdivision, building three homes there, along with four additional homes elsewhere, this hands-on knowledge gives us a unique perspective when helping clients build, buy, or sell.
