As a Broker with 19 years of Realtor experience, Michelle Blackburn possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry with a diversified client base that represents various real estate sales. Michelle has sold all aspects of real estate, including farm and ranch, commercial, lake property, second home investments, new construction, and luxury homes. Every transaction is unique, but equally important and reflects the individuality of each of her client’s goals and dreams.
A native of East Texas, she was raised in Canton, and that is where her real estate career began. Her first real estate sale was a farm and ranch transaction outside of Canton. Michelle’s real estate portfolio soon expanded when her family transitioned to Tyler, where she successfully served for a brokerage in residential sales for new and existing homes. The Blackburns moved to Dallas from 2011 -2020 and Michelle lived and sold properties for a luxury brokerage in University Park in the Highland Park/Park Cities area of Dallas. This is where her experience and knowledge grew in luxury estates and properties. Michelle and her husband’s love for East Texas brought them back to the area and she is thrilled to reengage family, friends, and clients in the Tyler community. She still sells in Dallas when clients call and the transitioning growth along the I-20 corridor has given her lots valuable knowledge to help families moving either way. Michelle’s involvement and networking relationships in both markets gives her clients uncommon access and advantage with representation and exposure in Dallas and Tyler MLS systems.
