Trinity is a fantastic realtor that I highly recommend. While shopping around College Station, I have met with multiple realtors, and none were as friendly, or as helpful as Trinity has been. Trinity was extremely helpful during the entire process of discovering
what my housing requirements are, finding a home that meets those requirements, and then entering into a contract, and closing on the house. While under contract, Trinity had so many resources available; whether it be inspectors, lenders, or insurance brokers.
Yet I never felt like I was overwhelmed by information. She was very helpful, answered all questions that I had, and did a fantastic job maintaining communication between all parties in this process. If you are looking for a realtor that is hands off and will
make you do all of the work, she is not the realtor for you.

I was really happy with Trinity as my real estate agent throughout the process of buying my house. She was always punctual, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions patiently, no matter how basic they were. She helped me view plenty
of properties and quickly adjusted our visits to focus on the features that mattered most to me as we narrowed down the options. Trinity also did a great job connecting me with a reliable vendor and negotiating additional incentives with the seller. Overall,
