Through it all, Thomas was the anchor that held everything together. He had the patience of Job dealing with what can only be described as incompetence from everyone else involved. Like you’d expect from a steely Army Warrant Officer, he was the definition of a “Quiet Professional.” He never got rattled, never added to the chaos, and just kept pushing everything forward until we finally got to the finish line.
