Greg was wonderful to work with on the sell of my aunt’s home. This was an estate sell and I live out of state making things more difficult but Greg was there to help all the way. He prepared the home for freezing weather, got my mail when the post office wouldn’t forward it and helped with recommendations for repairs. We met Greg in 2018 while relocating to Memphis from Atlanta. Greg showed us different parts of the suburbs and took the time to explain each area throughly.

He helped us find our first home in a small & quiet cove in Germantown. He played an integral part with us making the decision to move to Germantown.

Fast forward 3 years later, we decided we wanted to reside in a larger neighborhood. We searched for 1.5 years to find our dream home located in Collierville. Greg was always a text or phone call away to book a showing.

We decided to have Greg act as our selling agent for our house in Germantown. He went above and beyond - hired a professional photographer, had drone photos taken, and gave us tips on staging for showings. We listed our house at 4pm on a Thursday and had our first offer (and closing offer), by 10:30 the same night.
