O’Mayra Diaz is the CEO and Licensed Broker with NextHome Magnolia Realty and is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Cardinal Financial. Her background in both real estate and mortgage lending allows clients to better understand financing options, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, while making informed decisions throughout the home buying process. She is passionate about educating clients, solving complex challenges, and creating marketing strategies that help sellers maximize their home’s exposure.

Seth Lester brings a calm, dependable approach to every transaction. His background in manufacturing quality control has strengthened his attention to detail, integrity, communication, and commitment to serving others.
