When we decided it was time to sell our first home, we asked family for a referral on who to help us with this new adventure. Our property sold in 48 hours, as a cash sale, due in significant part to Susan’s careful advance planning for showing dates and use of a timeframe for us to realistically vacate. There were five owners and all but one lived out of state. Susan was tenacious in negotiating a contract honestly reflective of our compromised roof, was insistent for everyone keeping deadlines, applied herself to be well informed on our odd HOA requirements, and was consistently available to answer all our questions.

Not only that, but when a severe and sudden Nebraska storm blew down a large established tree in the front yard two days prior to closing, and further damaged the barely adequate roof, Susan was quick to write an addendum compromise to the contract which was satisfactory to both parties.

I met Susan once for 5 minutes, talked on the phone twice and emailed often. Susan spent significant time communicating with each of the five seller/owners. It is with confidence that I choose to recommend Susan Rauth as a real estate agent for all seasons.
