I met Wendy Farmer over the internet awhile before I purchased a property as I was looking for a local estate agent at the time. I had called a few people but Wendy was very responsive and friendly over the phone as she listened to all my wishes for a property and the timeline was still up in the air. She set me up to receive property listings in the Triad area and we went from there. I mostly dealt with Wendy as it was easier for me to talk with one person out of a partnership. In the end, I even went so far as to our an offer in and it was accepted in a perfect property physically not having seen it myself. Wendy did a great virtual walk through of the property with me and gave me some great advice on it and the town and location which really put me at ease. She answered all my texts and phone calls so promptly and with a wonderful attitude, both highly professional and personable. We just “clicked” which really helps. I also was able to meet Steve when I moved in. I could not have asked for a better experience with the team and would work with them again if I needed to. Coming from a different state things are very different here so she was always willing to explain things to me. Thank you both so much as I could not have asked for a better agency partnership. I definitely was lucky finding them!

Wendy was an amazing agent. Her attention to detail and can do attitude for anything we needed was amazing. Wendy was the best agent we have ever worked with. But Wendy listened to us and came back to us with a house that was far more than "merely okay". She helped us through the process of making an offer and getting an excellent place for us to land. We met Steve in the course of getting from offer to closing, and he was instrumental the process.

Working with Wendy and Steve was a dream! Wendy was extremely communicative and personable. She listened to our wish list, shared homes that met our requirements, and scheduled showings quickly. After we found our home, she did a great job coordinating all of the moving pieces. I knew I could reach out with any questions or concerns and she would get back to me in a timely manner.

I also enjoyed working with Steve. He was at our inspection and shared valuable insight into the care and keeping of our home. He also lent us his trailer to fill with trash while we unpack and organize. This was all unnecessary but he did it anyway! We are so very thankful!

I highly recommend Wendy when it comes to purchasing your new home! She was so nice and was always there to help when I had a question. She made the process of buying my first home so easy. Even when I was just looking at houses I never felt any pressure to go look or buy anything that wasn’t right. She gave me my space to look but was right there for me when I wanted to see a house or make an offer.

Wendy and Steve ,They we’re wonderful. I arrived on a weekend and had only two days to find a home.Steve showed me a few homes on a Sunday.we put a contract on the home and we got it.I purchased the home from out of state.I figured it would be difficult but Wendy made it surprisingly easy.Wendy even emailed me contacts to get the utilities turned on.Wendy sent two fellas over to help me even unload my things in the home.Wendy and Steve did a fantastic job ,would recommend them for any reality purchase.they went above and beyond.thank you Wendy and Steve.
