Hello there new friend! My name is Shannan Speer and I’m a not quite native of the Western Slope of Colorado. I would love to connect and hear more about how I can be of service!  When I’m not busy buying and selling houses, I love to spend time with my family; 2 kiddos, 2 dogs Phoebe and Charlie and a kitten named Winston and my loving husband. I have a passion for interior design, cooking shows, (even though I’m a truly awful cook) personal growth and development and cycling. I pride myself in being the hardest worker in the room and love the constant changing landscape of the real estate market.
