Born in New York and raised in Virginia, I now split my time between Virginia and South Carolina. Coming from a large Portuguese/Brazilian family, I carry a deep sense of community and connection, values that have shaped both my personal and professional life. My passion for animals, especially my beloved German Shepherd, Stormy, is central to who I am, and I thrive on fostering positive relationships, whether it’s with family, clients, or the community.

With a career spanning over two decades in the dynamic real estate industry, I am a seasoned professional known for my unwavering commitment to excellence and unparalleled expertise. Currently, my credentials span across Virginia, the District of Columbia, Maryland, and South Carolina, where I am also a licensed Real Estate Instructor in both Virginia and South Carolina. 

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every transaction. I am a licensed Associate Broker and Instructor where I hold three of my licenses with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., and my South Carolina real estate brokers license is held with NextHome The Agency Group. 

Additionally, as the Owner and Director of Next Career Real Estate School in South Carolina, I lead an institution that offers comprehensive pre-licensing and continued education courses, along with a specialized coaching and mentorship program to empower future real estate professionals.

Throughout my career, I’ve taken on numerous leadership roles, demonstrating my managerial acumen and commitment to nurturing talent. As a mentor and trainer, I have been instrumental in developing specialized training programs that enable agents to reach their full potential.
