I am a Property Manager and REALTOR® with NextHome The Agency Group in Summerville, South Carolina. With 30 years of experience in facilities, operations, and construction, I bring practical knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset to real estate and property management.

Becoming a REALTOR® had been a goal of mine for many years. Real estate was a natural next step because it combines the work I enjoy most: helping people, solving problems, and taking pride in meaningful results. I am committed to listening carefully, communicating clearly, and helping clients make informed decisions that support their goals.

I have a long-standing appreciation for architecture, quality construction, and the distinctive details that make a home special. I studied architectural drafting and design, which gave me a lasting respect for thoughtful design, historic homes, and craftsmanship. While I enjoy homes with character and history, my focus is always on understanding what matters most to each client—whether that is a family home, a property near the water, an investment opportunity, or a place that supports the lifestyle they want to build.

As a REALTOR® and Property Manager, I value honesty, knowledge, commitment, and dependable follow-through. I work to build trust through personal service before, during, and after a purchase, sale, or rental decision. My goal is to make each process as clear, organized, and manageable as possible.

I also value the team environment at NextHome The Agency Group. Working alongside experienced broker-owners, managing brokers, agents, accounting professionals, and administrative staff allows me to provide clients with knowledgeable support as their real estate and property-management needs change over time.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, volunteering, and being outdoors. I have volunteered with Sea Scout Ship 50 in the Charleston area and enjoyed racing with the group in Charleston Harbor’s Wednesday-night summer series, where our team finished second overall in the CORA Summer Race Series in 2025. I also enjoy hiking, rock climbing, boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, and skiing in Colorado.
