If you think a realtor is there to help you find a house — ha! The realtor is there for all the BS after you actually find a house you like. Vanessa made that process as smooth as possible, helping us tweak our offer to get more than we thought we could— which was accepted — and then, because she's been around the market long enough, lined up incredible loan officers, inspectors, etc. If I needed something or had a wild question or needed to know a paint color, she was a text away. If you imagine buying a house as this treacherous trek through the African jungle, think of Vanessa as your Safari guide — you're still doing the same thing, but at least there's an expert there to make sure you don't get eaten by a lion.
