We had a situation while selling our home. The buyer's mortgage company was extremely difficult to work with. We ended up not closing until 5 weeks after the initial Closing date. Amanda gave us many updates and kept on top of it. We finally ended up closing
after a very difficult transaction but it would not have happened without Amanda's diligent actions. We would definitely use her again.

Amanda was quick and efficient, and very understanding. The last time I bought a house my husband was living. So this time I was anxious about the process. I was told by people who knew her to just relax and trust her and she’d make sure I got just what
I wanted. And she did. I never felt rushed or pressured ,she took her time to explain each step and even connected me with a mortgage banker who she knew would do the same. I would recommend her to anyone but especially those first time home buyers
