Let me just say I highly recommend Lenny to anyone thinking about selling and/or buying! He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. He was always only a phone call away if I had any questions. Being that this was my starter home, I was not 100% ready to sell when I first decided to put my home on the market but after our initial discussion I was 1000% onboard and at ease with my decision. He was there every step of the way throughout the entire process and my family and I walked away pleased with the outcome. So much so that I am now considering going into real estate myself!

When we first started house hunting, we didn’t think we needed a relator. We went to about 4 new subdivisions and had conversations with salespersons that led me to reach out to Lenny. He helped us understand how important it was for folx to have representation from a realtor when purchasing a home and I noticed a stark difference in how agents for builders spoke to me. Lenny was super patient. More patient than we could have asked. Our home buying process with Meritage Homes was a nightmare but because of Lenny’s experience and knowledge of real estate law and policies, we were able to secure an incredibly low interest rate. He was an advocate and a teacher, as we learned from this process. If you’re in the home-buying market or even if you’re just wanting help with your credit so that you can purchase a home, reach out to Lenny. Many of the builders and agents in the area know and respect Lenny and that may be the difference between a 4.99% interest rate and a 6.99%. Not promising you it will be lower because of Lenny, but he’s a great negotiator.
