Rick Rivas, a retired U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer, brings more than two decades of leadership experience managing high-stakes decisions, complex operations, and fast-paced timelines. Alicia was amazing during the entire process from our first meeting where we met over coffee to discuss the process (this was our first house!) to the final closing signatures. She was insightful and provided guidance when it was needed and gave us enough space to make our own decisions and take our time as well. We were deciding on a house from abroad which added to the process, but Alicia took it all in stride, accommodating time differences and bad internet connections. It was great working with Alicia and would do so again in the future, but hopefully not too soon!
