Rick helped us find our first home in 2013, and went to bat to get us an incredible deal and a home we absolutely loved. When we were ready to move 7 years later, we immediately thought of Rick. He was just as patient and caring with our questions as he was the first time around, and easily navigated us through critical conversations to help us determine our budget, the area in which we wanted to live, and more.

We ended up finding the home of our dreams, selling our home, and moving all during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while I think that some of these things worked themselves out by chance, I do believe the transitions would not have been nearly as smooth, and would have been much more stressful without Rick by our side.

We plan to stay here until we get tired of doing steps, but when the kids go off to college and we're ready to downsize, we will call Rick to help us! He's more than our realtor. He's a friend forever.
