Just closed on my second home with Rich as my agent. Both transactions went incredibly well. My first transaction was selling my family home. Rich give the right advice to get the home ready to sell, priced it just right and it sold in a difficult market in 6 days with multiple offers for more than asking. Nothing less than an incredible experience. With my second home, Rich was my buyers agent in a home in the Lake Jeanette area in what is currently a "sellers market". Negotiations were difficult at best but with his advice I was happy with the sales price and actually came out of the transaction with equity as the appraisal came in higher than asking. So great. Rich is a consummate professional. He walked me through both experiences and was always available for questions, offer reassurance and give professional advice. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone, including my family, friends and business associates. Thanks Rich.
