Renee is the consummate professiona! She was attentive to our real estate interests, and willingly traveled throughout much of central and southern Maine with little notice. We toured a couple dozen properties and Renee facilitated several offers. Renee did an awesome job assisting us with the purchase of a lot within the state of Maine. This was a challenge as we are currently living in California. She was able to provide me a package of properties that I had seen on a real estate app that showed promise. I can't say enough about Renee's professionalism and knowledge in the real estate field. I worked with Renee six years ago when she first sold me my house and represented me as the buyer, and again six years later (this November) when she represented me as the seller. I had a Property that needed to be sold as part of an Estate Liquidation.
Initially recommended by a Friend, I shared with Renee what I needed including the fact that I was 2200 miles away and everything would need to be handled remotely. She assured me that the distance would not be an issue an that time was of the essence so she would go view the Property and call me with advise on how we should proceed.
To my surprise, she called me within 24 hours of the initial call and told me she was onsite and in her professional opinion, we should proceed immediately with listing it.( I had told her in our first conversation that it was going to be a couple of weeks until I could have the house ready to sell as it had been empty for 18 months and we had literally only removed perishable goods before shuttering it).
I accepted her advise and told her to proceed. She spent the next 3 hours rearranging things, pulling sheets off windows and furniture to make it look as acceptable as possible. She then took pictures and put a Listing together and sent me a link to see what I thought.
I was stunned to see what she had done in just 3 hours with what she had to work with. We discussed the Listing and agreed on the verb age. All this was done before she had secured a Contract!
The end result was 8 offers on paper within 36 hours of going live up to 15K above asking price.
Renee not only knows the Housing Market but is also wiling to put your best interests first in her quest to help you with your wants and needs. She is unflappable and would embarrass the Energizer Bunny with her resolve. But don't take my word for it. Call her and explain your needs. We have had a great experience working with Renee. Most of our contact was virtual walkthroughs since we were out of state, but she did a great job making sure we could we got to see the houses we were interested in. Renee and I completed the contractual paperwork on May 27th. The closing was on August 20th at a price I was happy with! She was professional, prompt, and polite.
