I had a very positive experience purchasing a house in Omaha. I live on the west coast. Shelly was very accommodating by assisting me with home tours via FaceTime. We searched for about 5 to 6 months. On every phone call and FT tour she greeted me with a smile. Once finding my property, she was very thorough making sure nothing was missed especially because I was purchasing the property without seeing it in person.
