Being this was my first time selling, I had many questions about the process and needed assistance understanding what various things meant.

I am so thankful to have worked with Paula for the sale of our home. We were not anticipating a move. However, due to work relocation, we were needing to relocate out of state. Paula is a very personable person, Paula is very, very knowledgeable in the real estate business, and overall processes, legally, contractually and in general overall. She kept us informed all along the way once we were in escrow. She showed us as many homes as we wanted to see each time, we reviewed homes. Paula is an amazing real estate agent! My husband and I were moving to Indianapolis for his job, and not only were we operating on a fairly short timeline (less than 3 months total from when we started looking to when we needed to be there), and we were planning this move from another state. Did I mention we also had a new baby??? We hardly knew where to begin! We weren't familiar with the area to know what neighborhoods would be good places to raise our son, would be safe, etc. Once we started working with Paula, everything came together. She was willing to work with us over the phone and over email until we were able to come into town, and when we did make the drive down to see some houses, she had a thorough list of places to check out that took all of our needs into account. She really knew her stuff, too! She did some extra legwork and was able to find out that one house we were considering putting in an offer on was actually right in the middle of a flood plain, which changed our minds quickly! She provided great guidance as we negotiated the price on the house we ended up buying, and she even arranged for an agent from the title company to come right to our apartment so that we didn't need to bring the baby all the way back to Indianapolis for the closing. Once we took possession of the house, having Paula to help manage things until we arrived in town was wonderful. She recommended contractors (mason, locksmith, etc.), met the contractors we hired at the house to let them in to do their work, was willing to be present for package deliveries. She even made sure our lawn was taken care of! Paula is completely fantastic at what she does. I would 100% recommend Paula to anyone looking for a home in Indianapolis!

Paula provided excellent service when my husbanded and I decided to sell our home in Carmel. She premarketed our home for two days on several social media properties so that several buyers were already interested by the time our house went on the market. We got multiple offers and got top dollar for our home. Her knowledge and experience was the difference. You can”t go wrong with Paula!

Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. Paula was there for me everyday and ensured me I would find the right home. I'm not sure where to begin. I was having a very difficult time with a home I owned in Fishers, Indiana . It was near forclosure, and left in a mess. My prayers were answered when I contacted Paula. My wife and I just cannot say enough good things about Paula's knowledge and professionalism...quite simply, she is THE BEST!
