As first time home buyers, Paul did a great job helping me and my wife navigate the processes of purchasing a home. From the first house we looked at he began pointing out potential unseen pitfalls and benefits of each place we visited. After being outbid in our first two offers (tough market), he was able to point us towards a perfect home in an area that hadn’t yet considered that met all of our requirements and more! The first offer we were outbid on was at the maximum end of our price range, but instead of shopping us around to house after house at that price hoping for the biggest possible commission, he paid close attention to the details we valued in a home and location and focused instead on trying to show us homes we would actually be happy in.
