Hello and welcome! My name is Kimberly Bowman Gendall. I am a dedicated and full-time REALTOR with a passion for serving the Central Pennsylvania community where I was born and raised. With seven years of valuable experience in the real estate industry, coupled with nearly 24 years of service in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, I bring a unique blend of commitment, discipline, and professionalism to every transaction. As a retired service member, I understand the importance of attention to detail, integrity and clear communication, qualities that I consistently apply to my work as a real estate agent.

In my career, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous clients in navigating the complexities of residential, commercial, and rental real estate transactions. Whether buying, selling, or leasing, I am dedicated to providing personalized service tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual or family I work with.

One aspect of my practice that I am particularly proud of is my specialization as a Military Relocation Specialist. Having personally experienced the challenges of relocation, I am committed to easing the transition for fellow service members and their families as they embark on their real estate journey.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply involved in the local community. I am an active member of the Lebanon County Chamber of Commerce and serve on the board of the Central PA Tool Library and Makerspace, where I am dedicated to promoting sustainability and community empowerment. Additionally, I am engaged with the Lebanon County Association of Realtors and find fulfillment in giving back through volunteer work with organizations such as the Lebanon County Christian Ministries, Children’s Miracle Network, and Canine Companions, the official national charity partner of Next Home. I also volunteer at The Davis Dog Farm, an all-breed, no-kill rescue located in Grantville, PA, and I am currently fostering a 2.5-year-old Great Pyrenees in my home.

I live in Jonestown with my husband Kevin and have two daughters, Hailie (23) and Jillian (17). We have two Border Collie’s, Buddy (7) and Rory (10 months) and Sam, our foster dog. As a mom to two incredible humans and a proud dog mom, I understand the importance of finding the perfect place to call home.
