Courtney was great with representing me during this fast and unusual purchasing process. The home came up for sale on 11/28/22 and I made sure to secure a down payment by the end of that week so my sister could move from Texas to PA. Courtney was representing me and my sister and made sure to check on us during the entire pre closing process in case we had any questions or needed anything. This was an unusual sale because my sister wanted to move from Texas back to PA where her family is located. In the meantime, Courtney helped her get in touch with a Real Estate Professional from NextHome in the Dallas, Texas area who could help my sister prepare to sell her home in Texas which will go on the market 3/1/23. This was a fast-paced purchase which we both never went thru before but Courtney along with all involved made it work for us without worries. On the day of closing, she was there and even gave us our own orange dog plush and key chain which was nice. In all honesty I only purchased the house to get the plush orange dog! Honestly, it was a great process and Courtney was very professional and made us feel comfortable with the month-long process.

Courtney made buying a house easy. It was my husband and I first time. She walked us through each step to make sure not only did we understand but was comfortable with it as well. When our offer was excepted we had a short window to close. Courtney went above and beyond to get things completed ASAP. I cant thank you enough Courtney!!! She did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the home-buying process and went above and beyond by recording the home walkthroughs via video due to us being across the country!
