Christie helped me from start to finish to close on my first home. She’s an honest and outgoing person willing to accommodate requests for showings on short notice and even help out with repairs. She likes to cut right to the point and skip the BS. There’s times during buying where the buyer is under extreme pressure in general from all parties, but I never felt overly pressured from her specifically to do one thing or another. She laid out realistic options and was always supportive of my decisions and added her professional advice from experience where she thought it was helpful. She definitely keeps things real as far as likely costs, pitfalls, etc. for different things ranging from making offers to dealing with counteroffers and repair quotes. Buying a house was scary and something I’ve been putting off for a long time, but she helped guide me to the end with minimum bumps along the way.
