This was my first experience buying a home/condo. Also, I was buying from out of state so I had limited time available to view properties. Jim was very good at explaining the whole process to me and clarified a lot of questions I had. I found him to be very knowledgeable and patient with a novice. He worked very fast when I found something I liked, to get the home under contract. He went out of his way to be available during key times when I was in the area, even on New Year's Eve. He gave me a lot of contacts for service people, painters, cleaners, etc. that I might need as I prepared to move.
